Please read carefully before booking your vehicle.
1. Eligibility Requirements
  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • Valid Indian Driving License (minimum 1 year old)
  • Foreign nationals must provide Passport copy, Valid Visa & IDP
  • Original documents required at pickup
2. Booking & Payment Policy
  • 100% advance payment required
  • Prices may vary during Peak Season (Oct–Jan), Long Weekends, Christmas, New Year & Sunburn Festival
  • Booking confirmed only after payment receipt
  • Company may cancel booking for incorrect details
3. Security Deposit (Refundable)
  • Mandatory before vehicle handover
  • Refund within 24–72 hours after inspection
  • Deductions for damages, fines, sand cleaning, fuel shortage or late return
4. Vehicle Usage Policy (Goa Rules)
  • Only registered driver allowed
  • Strictly NO drunk driving
  • No racing, stunts or rash driving
  • No off-road or beach driving
  • No restricted forest/coastal zones
  • No taking vehicle outside Goa without permission
  • No sub-renting
Violation may result in immediate termination of rental & forfeiture of security deposit.
5. Fuel Policy
  • Return vehicle with same fuel level
  • Fuel shortage charged at market rate + service charge
6. Late Return Policy
  • 1-hour grace period
  • After grace period → Full day charge
  • Extensions subject to availability & advance payment
7. Accident & Damage Policy
  • Inform company immediately
  • Police report if required
  • Minor damages charged as per repair cost
  • Major damages subject to insurance deductible
  • Negligence or drunk driving fully chargeable
8. Breakdown Assistance
  • 24/7 roadside assistance within Goa
  • Mechanical failures covered
  • Negligence-related damage not covered
9. Cleanliness Policy
  • Excess sand may attract cleaning charges
  • Smoking penalty applicable
  • Interior damage charged separately
10. Traffic Fines & Challans
  • Customer responsible for all traffic fines & towing charges
  • Pending challans may be deducted from deposit
11. Cancellation Policy
  • 48+ hours → 90% refund
  • 24–48 hours → 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours → No refund
  • No-show → No refund
  • Peak season bookings may be non-refundable
12. Vehicle Condition
  • Inspect vehicle at handover
  • Photos/videos recommended
  • Return vehicle in same condition
13. Force Majeure
  • Company not liable for natural calamities, monsoon flooding, road closures or government restrictions
14. Jurisdiction

All disputes subject to Goa jurisdiction only.

Company Rights
  • Refuse service if driver appears intoxicated
  • Cancel booking for misbehavior or false documents
  • Withhold deposit in case of serious violation
